Processing time (the time it take for us to prepare your order and package it) ranges from 2-7 business days and shipping time ranges from 3-5 business days. Orders only ship out on business days which are Monday-Friday

Returns & Refunds

Damages

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyers remorse, but if there’s something wrong with your order, such as the product being damaged, incorrect sizing, etc. please let us know by contacting us here no later than 14 days after your product been confirmed as delivered. Claims made after this time frame will not be considered.

Pre Orders

All damages reported after (14) days upon receiving your product will be considered fault of the customer.
