What’s your return policy ?
We don’t offer returns for buyers remorse, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us here with photos of incorrect/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you!
Why is my order taking so long ?
We have a 2-7 day processing time majority of the time the process is faster but in between this time we are putting your order together (some products are made to order since they are made by hand) as well as packaging it so that it can be shipped out.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know here within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll get that fixed.
Are There Men’s and Women’s Products ?
Apparel
Yes, inside of the shop there is a category for women specific products such as crop tops and skirts, All t-shirts, hoodies, etc. are unisex. There is also a size chart here for your convenience.
Shoes
No, all shoes are sold by pre-order and list both the men’s and women’s so please double check that you selected the correct size before purchase as men and women’s sizes are listed side by side.
